Our Programs
Community Health Education Program
Thrive Health Group’s Community Outreach and Engagement Program focuses on improving health outcomes in underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on HIV/AIDS prevention and management. Through health fairs, workshops, and mobile clinics, we provide HIV/AIDS screenings, vaccinations, nutritional counseling, and health education. Partnering with local leaders ensures our initiatives are culturally relevant and meet community needs. Our goal is to reduce health disparities, combat HIV/AIDS stigma, and promote proactive health and wellness.
Awareness and Treatment Program
Thrive Health Group’s program reduces HIV/AIDS in underserved communities through education, testing, prevention, and treatment offered at workshops and health fairs. Services include confidential HIV testing, counseling, support groups, substance use treatment, mental health counseling, and PrEP for high-risk individuals. Partnering with local organizations, we provide culturally sensitive care to prevent new infections and support those affected.
Partnership and Advocacy Program
Thrive Health Group collaborates with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to address the root causes of public health challenges. Through our advocacy efforts, we aim to influence public policy and create systemic changes that benefit community health.
